Integrated Changeworks Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before purchasing a course from the Integrated Changeworks website or training platform/app.
These are the general terms of use of Integrated Changeworks and if you do not accept these terms you should not use our site or enrol for training or any of our other services.
From time to time, it may be necessary for us to review these terms, so it is recommended that you check this page regularly. Once changes have been made, they will be posted on the website and continued use of the site or training materials constitutes acceptance.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the site or it’s services.
Purchases
You are encouraged to familiarise yourself with your rights contained within the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. Rest assured none of your personal or payment details will be shared with any third party – please see our privacy policy for further information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or another payment method (s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that we, the company, are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. You expressly agree that the company cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud, an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected or default of payment on instalment options.
Cancellations & Refunds
Live Courses:
We aim to offer flexibility and fairness while ensuring the smooth running of our training. Please read the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our live training events.
1. Cooling-Off Period

If you book your place online or by phone, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your booking and receive a full refund, provided the course does not start within this time.
2. Cancellations

More than 7 days before the course: You are entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future course date.

Within 7 days of the course: No refunds are available; however, you may transfer your booking to a future course date.

Within 48 hours of the course or no-shows: No refunds or transfers are available.
3. Transfers

Transfers to a future course date are subject to availability and must be used within 6 months of the original booking.

Only one transfer is permitted per booking.
4. Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule the course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
Pre-Recorded Courses:
Please read the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our longer pre-recorded courses such as The Mind Reboot, Mastering the Meta Model, & Facilitating Effective Trauma Release.
1. Cooling-Off Period

If you purchase the course online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to request a full refund, provided you have not accessed or started the course content.
2. Refunds

Before Accessing the Course: If you have not accessed the course materials, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

After Accessing the Course: Refunds are not available once you have accessed or started the course content.
3. Access to the Course

You will have access to the course materials indefinitely from the date of purchase as long as it is purchased outright and it isn’t part of one of our memberships. If it is included in a membership you will lose access on cancellation of the membership agreement.

Access to the course is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
Pre-Recorded Short Courses:
For our pre-recorded short courses (online streaming courses, introductory workshops which are 2 hours or less) that are instantly accessed and easily consumed in a short period of time, we will not issue a refund as in line with industry standards and the digital products and services regulations.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on our site. The products or services available on our site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the site and in our advertising on other websites. You expressly agree that any such offer of a product or service does not constitute a legal offer capable of attracting legal consequences.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. Section “Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies” is without prejudice to existing statutory rights.
Courses and Qualifications
Integrated Changeworks is a continued professional development service. All of the courses are designed to help qualified practitioners to enhance their skill set and improve their existing therapy business. We do not currently offer any formal qualifications or certify new therapists.
Disclaimer
Only fully qualified practitioners should be purchasing courses or using any of the services on the Integrated Changeworks training platform/app. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have the formal qualifications and professional insurance in place to use any of the tools or practices we teach or demonstrate in our workshops or CPD courses. Integrated Changeworks and it’s staff will not be liable for any damages caused by the misuse of these techniques or practices. Your account and it’s content will be terminated immediately if these terms and conditions are breached.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. You expressly agree that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising out of any misrepresentations you make in this regard.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company. Any copying of course materials or adaptation is strictly prohibited without prior permission of the Company.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Likewise, in the unlikely event that the Company breached the Terms, then the Customer has the right to terminate the account.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
The Company deems plagiarism as being a very serious offence. Should the Company deem any submitted course material to be plagiarised, Customers accept that they are in breach of the Plagiarism Policy and not entitled to continue their studies, receive any certification or request a refund.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 14 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Company’s sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
